GENERAL TERMS OF RESERVATION AND STAY IN OUR HOTEL


Dear guests, we would like to inform you that in order to ensure your stay as comfortable as possible, please consider the following information.

Check-in and check-out time for individual guests
Check-in time from 14:00
Check-out time from 11:00

The guest must present an identity document upon check-in at the hotel.
Early check-in and late check-out from the room are possible for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior notice.

Parking lot
All Admiral hotels offer free parking to guests, no reservation required.

Individual reservations
The website user who contacts us directly undertakes to provide us with an active e-mail address when submitting the reservation and authorizes us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification in connection with the reservation. In the event that the user is not reachable electronically or by phone or If you provide us with an incorrect or invalid email address, we reserve the right to cancel this type of reservation.

All online reservations are subject to the rules on the website where you make the reservation, without exception. Within online reservations, you have different options related to the cancellation of the reservation, depending on the provider you have chosen.

The following rule applies to direct reservations by phone or e-mail: if you book directly (phone or e-mail), cancellation or change is free of charge until 11 a.m. on the day of arrival. A change in the reservation date is possible depending on the occupancy status and taking into account seasonal price changes. Please inform the hotel reception of the hotel where you made the reservation immediately in the event of a change/cancellation. If you notify us later, we have the right to charge 100% of the reservation amount.

The following information must be provided to the reception during the direct check-in:

  • Name and surname of the holder of the reservation
  • Date of arrival and departure
  • Number of persons
  • Type/type of room and number of rooms
  • Ordered services
  • Other special details

Regular hotel price list
The prices of hotel services can be found in the Prise liste.

All prices are with breakfast in EUR and include VAT. The tourist and promotional tax is not included in the price of the basic service - it is paid per night for an adult (children up to 7 years old do not pay the tourist tax, children from 7 to 18 years have a 50% discount on the tourist and promotional tax tax) .

Payment is possible in cash or by payment card (Master Card, Visa, Maestro and Diners).

Group bookings
Special prices and special booking and stay conditions apply to group bookings. For all reservations for 8 rooms or more, please contact the person responsible for hotel sales - Miha Arko, via e-mail groups@admiral.si.

Special conditions for children
Children of all ages are welcome at Admiral hotels. Children can stay in the room with their parents free of charge on existing beds up to the age of 6. It is possible to use a baby cot up to the age of 3 for an additional fee. Children staying in a room with their parents on a separate bed pay the full price of the bed. In some rooms, it is possible to assign an extra bed upon prior agreement and additional payment.

Pets
Admiral hotels are a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The surcharge for a pet is EUR 15. Pets are allowed in certain rooms. A maximum of two pets can be accommodated in a room. They must be on a leash/transport box in the common areas of the hotel. They are not allowed to be left unattended in the room.

Smoking
Smoking in all areas of the hotel, including hotel rooms, is strictly prohibited by law. In addition to the statutory fine, the hotel has the right to reimburse the cleaning costs if the guest does not comply with the smoking ban in the hotel premises.

Inventory damage
In the event of damage to the hotel's inventory, the hotel reserves the right to issue an invoice for the resulting damage.
