does ADMIRAL PLAYERS CLUB mean?
Admiral
Players Club is a loyalty club created by Admiral Group and allows players to
get MORE for their game!
How
can I join the club?
Fill
in and sign the ACCESS DECLARATION at the reception of the gaming lounge with
the help of the receptionist. The declaration must be signed in accordance with
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When joining, you can also
entrust us with your phone number and sign up for the SMS club, which enables you
to receive notifications about what's happening in the gaming lounge and
special offers in the form of an SMS message.
Is
membership free?
Yes,
Admiral Players Club membership is free.
What
do I get when I join the club?
When
you become a member, you get a MEMBER loyalty card and 500 loyalty points. When
playing a slot machine or roulette, insert the loyalty card into the
appropriate place and collect loyalty points through the game. You can also use
the card for fast entry to the gaming lounge (but you still need a valid ID in
the gaming lounge).
What
do the different levels and different card colors mean?
There
are 4 levels of membership in the Loyalty Club.
The
basic level of membership is the MEMBER
level. This is the level with which each of our players begins their
loyalty journey and provides them with the basic benefits of membership:
•
exchange of 500 loyalty points for a playing card worth €5 (CASHBACK),
•
free (draft) soft drinks and hot drinks.
•
participation in promotions, actions and prize games.
•
bonus points when entering the gaming lounge on your birthday.
•
free parking.
•
machine reservation.
•
exchange of points for the offer in the showcase with gifts and the
offer in the bar and restaurant.
•
10% discount on all services and offers in our gaming lounges, bars,
hotels and restaurants when paying in cash.
The second level is the SILVER level, which additionally offers:
•
Better exchange of points, 500 loyalty points can be exchanged for a €6
playing card.
•
20% discount on all services and offers in our gaming lounges, bars,
hotels and restaurants when paying in cash.
The
third level is the GOLD level, which
additionally offers:
•
All drinks, including spirits, are free.
• Better exchange of points, 500 loyalty points can be exchanged for a €7 playing card.
•
Gifts for special occasions.
•
30% discount on all services and offers in our gaming lounges, bars,
hotels and restaurants when paying in cash.
The
fourth and highest level of membership is the PLATINUM level, which additionally offers:
•
Better exchange of points, 500 loyalty points can be exchanged for a €8
playing card.
• 50% discount on all services and offers in our gaming lounges, bars, hotels and restaurants when paying in cash.
How
can I level up?
You
can reach a higher level by using the card while playing and by collecting
MASTER loyalty points in all our gaming lounges during the calendar year. The
level also applies to the entire next calendar year.
SILVER:
required annual points – 4,000
GOLD:
required annual points – 15,000
PLATINUM: required annual points – 40,000
How do
I collect points while playing?
You
collect points automatically as you play with the loyalty card correctly
inserted into the slot.
€5
played on slot machines or €10 played on electronic roulette earns you 1
(master and cashback) point.
MASTER
points are collected together when playing with the card in all our gaming
salons in Slovenia and are considered as transitions between levels and the
acquisition of certain coupons for participation in prize games and promotions.
CASHBACK points are collected separately at each location and can be exchanged for benefits at the location where you obtained them. You can exchange these points for an offer at the bar, showcase or any restaurant or hotel on the location and exchange for a game ticket. With the DOUBLE LOYALTY POINTS promotion, you collect double CASHBACK points!
How
can I spend loyalty points?
You
can spend loyalty points at the location or gaming lounge where you collected
them:
•
You can use them to make a "purchase" in our bar, restaurant
or hotel. Please inform our staff about purchasing with points before service.
•
At the kiosk in the gaming lounge, you can exchange points for gift
vouchers from the showcase or a game ticket. You can pick up the products from
the display case at the internal supervisor, and you can get the game ticket at
the cash desk of the gaming hall.
By
playing with the card and collecting points, you can also get additional
benefits in the form of promotional games (Pirate's chest, Deal or No del),
promotions (Wheel of Fortune...) or coupons for participating in prize games.
Many promotions and coupons for participating in prize games can be obtained by
entering the gaming lounge.
What
else do I need to know about membership and loyalty card usage?
Club
membership, club card, earned points and benefits are NOT TRANSFERABLE to other
persons.
Only
the owner of that loyalty card can play and receive benefits with a certain
card.
In
case of abuse, the membership can be terminated, the benefits can be deleted
and the ban from entering the gaming lounge can be arranged.

How
can I unsubscribe from ADMIRAL PLAYERS CLUB?
At
the reception of the gaming lounge, you can fill out an EXIT STATEMENT based on
which we will remove you from the club and delete your data.
You
can unsubscribe from receiving SMS notifications at the reception or by sending
a code to the number written in each SMS notification.
